🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Complete daily delivery routes with multiple stops, ensuring all parcels are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

1. Load and unload packages safely and efficiently at the depot and delivery locations.
2. Follow optimized delivery routes using routing system and navigation tools to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
3. Provide excellent customer service at each drop-off, representing HUAL in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Use mobile delivery app to scan packages, record proof of delivery, and communicate with the operations team.
5. Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
6. Comply with road safety laws, company policies, and delivery procedures at all times.
7. Adapt to route changes or additional deliveries when needed, showing flexibility and a proactive attitude.
8. Keep vehicle clean and organised, representing the company’s high standards.

🎯 What We're Looking For

Requirements

- Minimum age: 21
- Valid UK/EU Driving License (held for at least 1 year)
- No more than 6 minor penalty points
- Right to work in the UK (Valid UK/EU Passport or equivalent)
- Proof of address (Council tax, utility bill, or bank statement)
- National Insurance Number
- UK bank account
- Criminal Records Background Check + Drug & Alcohol Test required before starting

No worries! We have a Hire Company Partner that can provide vans with insurance (Manual license required).

Own a Van?

Great! Make sure it’s in good condition and covered with valid Courier/Hire & Reward Insurance.
